Designed and built from the ground up at the SIG SAUER research and development facilities in New Hampshire with the input of hunters, military snipers and elite long-range shooters, the Sig Cross bolt comes equipped with a SIG folding precision-style stock that decreases the overall length of the rifle, thereby making it easier to carry; a 1-Piece receiver for increased accuracy; a 2 Stage adjustable match trigger best suited for high stress, high adrenaline situations; a free floating M-LOK handguard that reduces weight and helps to improve accuracy; a polymer grip that is lighter and recoil absorbent; and an M-LOK accessory rail for easy installment of convenient accessories like scopes and lights.

Wearing the distinctive-looking First Lite Cipher ARMAKOTE finish, the Sig bolt action rifle that is chambered in 308 Win ships with one (1) 5-round polymer magazine of the AICS type; and, weighing under 6.5 lbs., it is regarded as the lightest, most portable rifle in its class (up to 40% lighter).
