The EC9S Purple as the name implies is the purple frame version of the EC9S model with a black oxide finish. Just like the EC9S Black, this pistol is compact and lightweight, comes chambered for 9mm Luger, and features a rugged construction with a through-hardened steel slide and a one-piece, high-performance, glass-filled nylon frame. The striker-fired, purple-framed EC9S also features a light, crisp trigger pull that makes your shooting faster and more accurate; the grips are checkered to afford the user a surer hold; a number of safety features such as a manual safety, an integrated trigger safety, a magazine disconnect and an inspection port are present; and the sights, machined integrally with the slide, come with glare-reducing, rear-facing serrations.
