The most popular elements of the SOCP® platform has been optimized for concealed carry, resulting to the 173BK Mini SOCP® that incorporates all the best features of its full-sized counterpart.

This fixed-blade Benchmade SOCP Mini is outfitted with a 440C (58 – 60 HRC) stainless steel, double-edge dagger blade that cuts like no other. Also featured is a stainless steel handle equally made of 440C stainless steel; this handle has finger grooves on both sides, as well as a kunai-style finger ring that provides the grip dexterity needed in any good tactical knife.

Wearing a black powder-coated finish, the Benchmade 173BK Mini SOCP ships with an injection-molded plastic sheath with a high retention deep-carry pocket clip to ensure secure concealed carry. To further make it more versatile, the Benchmade Mini SOCP also includes a length of paracord and a leather IWB pad.

In response to feedback from Special Operations personnel, the design of the Benchmade SOCP Mini sheath clip has been updated to enable better retention on MOLLE® webbing, pocket seams, and waistbands. The knife has also been designed with an overall length that allows for easier concealment while maintaining its effectiveness in a self-defense situation.
