Glock 21SF Gen 3 is a full size handgun in 45 ACP that, as compared to the Glock 21, has undergone some minor design changes on its exterior. On the G21 SF for example, there’s the Glock Picatinny Rail, and the short grip frame has been made noticeably thinner from the backstrap to the trigger, affording a better grip and trigger reach to the user. The G21 SF also features redesigned magazines with a cutout in front that can function in both designs, but old magazines cannot be used on the pistol due to the lack of cutout.
