The Ruger LCP II, though compact, comes packed with lots of improved and useful features. There is the Lite Rack™ system that features refined slide serrations, pronounced cocking ears and a lighter recoil spring, making slide manipulation easy; the manual safety is oriented in a push-forward-to-fire configuration that is instinctive and unobtrusive; the pistol utilizes Ruger's safe, reliable and proven Secure Action™ fire-control system that combines a protected internal hammer with a bladed-safety trigger; and the barrel is made of satin, stainless steel. The Ruger LCP 2 also boasts of a trigger with a smooth pull and positive reset; the fixed front and rear sights are integral to the slide, and the hammer is recessed within the slide; the pistol’s textured grip frame provides an excellent grip, and the larger grip frame surface ensures better distribution of recoil forces. The LCP II ships with one (1) 10-round magazine with a magazine loader included, and it also accepts all existing LCP®II accessories with the exception of magazines chambered in .380 Auto.
