A truly unique 1911, the Rapide Scorpius (DN,NS) comes featuring a 5-inch stainless steel barrel with match grade bushing, black DLC finish for extreme durability, and twist rate (left hand) of 16; black Rapide patterned G-10 grips for extra griping confidence; Kimber Stiplex TM front strap stippling; as well as a frame and slide both of stainless steel construction w/brush polished flats and black KimPro II finish for a striking look. The slide sports stepped cocking serrations and slide lightening cuts for faster lock-up.

Tru-Glo TFX Pro day/night sights w/ orange ring front guarantee fast target acquisition with the Kimber Rapide Scorpius 9mm in any lighting condition, and the pistol goes ahead to feature a black, V-Cut aluminum trigger with an approximate factory setting of 4.0 – 5.0 lbs., in addition to a thumb safety accessible to both right and left-handed shooters. To make the pistol even safer for EDC, a beavertail grip safety has been included as well.
