The Dan Wesson Pointman 45 pistol with forged stainless steel frame; Cocobolo wood grips; 5” barrel; stainless steel slide; serrated fiber optic front, adjustable target rear sights; manual thumb and grip safety; single action trigger mechanism; 8-round magazine; and brushed stainless finish.

Built for the range, the Pointman 45 is the .45 ACP-chambered variant of the Pointman Nine.

It is equipped with a forged, stainless steel frame featuring an undercut trigger guard for optimal hand placement on the Dan Wesson Pointman pistol, and 25 LPI front strap checkering to hold it firmly in place without being too harsh. The double diamond cocobolo grips give the pistol a distinctive look, while providing a firm hold for the user.

Also featured on this 1911 that is range and competition ready is a fiber optic front, and adjustable target rear sight for faster target acquisition; a forged slide sporting not just the manufacturer’s inverted top rib running between the sights to reduce glare, but also front and rear cocking serrations to enable easy manipulation; as well as a manual thumb, and a grip safety mechanism to promote safe use of the Dan Wesson Pointman carry.

Rounded out with a single action trigger mechanism that offers a light and short trigger pull, this pistol ships with a magazine of 8 rounds included. Its flats are polished to a soft brushed finish, and the rounds are sandblasted for a nice contrast.
