Built to shoot better, faster, flatter, and farther, it boasts a polymer frame and grips with an optimal 18-degree grip angle for natural point of aim, four interchangeable palmswell grip inserts (S, M, ML, L) for optimal hand fit and trigger reach, as well as an enhanced texture that allows the user to manage recoil and keep a firm grasp on the Smith & Wesson M&P 2.0. An extended and rigid stainless steel chassis is embedded into the frame to reduce flex and torque when firing.

More features include a slide cut for optics and serrated at the front and rear to ensure positive finger traction in any situation, and finished with Armornite® for corrosion resistance; an accurate 1 in 10" twist M&P M2.0 barrel; a low barrel bore axis which reduces muzzle rise and allows for faster aim recovery, making the Smith and Wesson M and P 2.0 more comfortable to shoot as a result; and a new M&P M2.0 crisp trigger with a lighter trigger pull plus a tactile and audible trigger reset. To allow for more accurate and repeatable shooting, the M2.0 flat face trigger promotes consistent finger placement.

Two, 15-round magazines are included in the package with the Smith Wesson M&P 2.0, and M&P's patented take-down lever and sear deactivation systems make it possible for you to disassemble the pistol without pulling the trigger.
