Compact, lightweight and easy to use, this no-frills rangefinder runs on a single, long-lasting, easy-to-find, CR2 battery, and features the Reticle HCD (Horizontal Component Distance) angle-compensated ranging technology to give bow and rifle shooters the critical distance data needed to make accurate shots. The Vortex Impact 1000 also features a diopter that adjusts for differences in a user's eyes, and this is located on the right eyepiece.

A rugged design means that this unit is ready to handle tough situations; waterproof O-ring seals prevent moisture, dust and debris from penetrating it, resulting to reliable performance in all environments.
