Kershaw Cryo 1555G10
The Kershaw Cryo folding knife with 8Cr13MoV stainless steel, drop point blade; plain blade edge; stonewash blade finish; 2.75” blade length; flipper & dual thumb stud openers; frame lock & lock bar stabilizer; black G10 & stainless steel handle; 2-position deep carry pocket clip; lanyard hole; 6.50” overall length; and 3.7 oz. (104.9 g) overall weight.
The Cryo is one of Kershaw's best-selling knives - the result of a collaboration between Rick Hinderer and the design and production engineers at Kershaw.
This model comes with one most-asked-for modification: a G10 front scale on the handle which also comes with a stainless steel back that is stonewashed for protection. The G10 scale lightens the overall weight of this very practical knife, and overall the handle offers an extra grip.
The Kershaw Cryo folding knife is also equipped with an impressively sharp, drop point blade which steel is heat treated to Kershaw's exacting standards, and stonewashed to protect it as well as hide scratches. The blade is quickly deployed with the built-in flipper or thumb studs, supported by Kershaw’s popular SpeedSafe assisted opening mechanism; a sturdy frame lock secures the blade open during use for safety and efficiency; and a Hinderer lockbar stabilizer ensures the lock doesn't over-extend.
A lanyard hole drilled into the handle, and a deep-carry tip-up/down pocket clip, have also been featured for convenient and discrete carry of the Kershaw Cryo G10 folder designed to satisfy users' craving for a Hinderer knife, but at a price that meets the demands of their wallets.
