The Random Leek, an all-stainless steel knife that is just the perfect size, comes ready for action with a reverse tanto blade which shape adds improved functionality, aesthetics and durability. The 3-inch long blade is edge retaining, easy to resharpen, and fit for a wide variety of everyday cutting tasks; it also wears a black oxide blackwash blade finish which protects it, hides scratches, and eliminates glare.

For quick and easy one-handed opening of the Kershaw Leek Tanto, the manufacturer’s popular SpeedSafe assisted opening technology works hand-in-hand with the “flipper” tab protruding from the blade spine, as well as dual thumbstuds fixed to the blade. When the blade is open, a frame lock that ensures utmost safety locks it in place, and when its closed a Tip-Lock slider secures it.

Made of pure 410 stainless steel and blackwashed just like the blade, the Kershaw Leek Random handle is sleek-looking and contoured for grip comfort. This handle is drilled to accept a lanyard as an additional carry option, and a pocket clip has been screwed to it as well.
