The drop point blade on this Spyderco Delica 4 is made of premium VG-10 stainless steel from Seki-City Japan, full flat-ground, and satin-finished. It’s plain cutting edge is thin and refined, and jimping is featured on the blade’s spine for slip resistance. A smooth blade action is made possible by the phosphor bronze washers at the pivot, while the Spyderco original thumb hole on the blade allows for ambidextrous one-hand opening for left or right-handed users.

Constructed of fiberglass reinforced nylon and Bi-Directional Textured®, the Spyderco Delica scales on this lightweight folder offer adequate tactile traction even under pressure. Featuring screws, the handle lends itself to quick, simple cleaning and adjustment; the dual skeletonized stainless steel liners inside it makes the knife stronger without adding weight, and a strong back lock mechanism is present on it to hold the blade firmly in place when needed.
