Well-received since its 2010 release, this all-black folder features a DLC (diamond-like coating) black blade, black screws and black silhouette pocket clip. The drop-point blade with a plain edge is made of non-reflective S30V stainless steel, and is flat-ground with aggressive thumb serrations (jimping) above a super-sized 14mm Spyderco Round Hole.

Currently for sale at Mister Guns, the Manix 2 Spyderco goes ahead to feature a three-screw clip that is left/right-hand friendly and positions the folder tip-up when carried; and an exceptionally strong ball bearing lock consisting of a hardened free-floating ball bearing contained in a custom hi-tech polymer cage. This round ball bearing allows the lock to self-adjust across a large surface, smoothly and consistently locking-up with solid confidence.
