The S&W M&P 22 Compact pistol with compact polymer frame; 3.6” carbon steel, threaded barrel; aluminum alloy slide; black polymer grips; ambidextrous manual (thumb) safety; magazine safety; trigger safety; adjustable white dot rear and front sights; 10-round magazine; reversible magazine release; black color; and Armornite® slide finish.

Designed for training or target shooting, this semi-automatic Smith & Wesson M&P 22 Compact pistol maintains standard M&P pistol design features and includes a few extras.

Engineered with superior ergonomics and an attention to detail, the 22 Compact comes featuring a threaded barrel with thread adapter that fits most 1/2x28 thread suppressors; a thumb safety that is designed for ambidextrous usage and a magazine safety that won’t let the pistol fire till the magazine is inserted; an internal lock; and a Picatinny-style accessory rail for your favorite lights, lasers, etc.

The aluminum alloy slide of this M&P .22 Compact is finished with Armornite® to protect it against corrosion, and sitting on top of it is a white dot front, and a screw-adjustable, white 2-dot rear sight for easier target acquisition. Also featured on this single action pistol that is made in USA and backed by the manufacturer’s Lifetime Service Policy is a captured recoil guide rod & spring for easy assembly/disassembly.

The Smith & Wesson M&P 22 Compact magazine is able to hold 10 +1 rounds; the pistol, chambered in .22 LR, ships with two (2) included, and the featured reversible magazine release locks the magazine securely in place, and seamlessly releases it when replacement becomes necessary.

Included in the M&P22 Compact Sound Suppressor Adapter Kit is an adapter, installation tools, and a thread protector.
