Geissele Super 42 Spring/Buffer Combo

The function and reliability of your AR-15-style rifle can now easily be improved, thanks to the Geissele Super 42 Buffer Spring/Buffer Combo.

Boasting a unique design, the Braided Wire Buffer Spring is comprised of three independent strands of wire, and this setup helps to make your AR-15 more reliable because as the springs flex independently from each other, a harmonic damper and energy absorber effect is created; this displaces excess energy, drastically reducing the chances of spring failure.

Compared to the stock spring, this Geissele Super 42 Spring has a decreased tendency to lose length and force over a given round count; the annoying spring reverberations (or twang) usually heard and felt through the buttstock is also eliminated by this spring.

The Super 42 Spring has a 15 percent stronger average return force than the standard buffer spring, and so during operation with a dirty weapon or when using steel-case ammo, rounds can be easily stripped out of the magazine.

An H3 buffer assembly is included in the package.

Bear in mind that the Super 42 AR Buffer Spring and Geissele buffer are designed to work together as a set, as the spring will not fit over a standard buffer. If installed with a standard buffer your rifle or receiver extension will be damaged.
