The base pad is CNC-machined out of billet aluminum and hard anodized to ensure durable performance and long-lasting color; and the patented as well as proven push pin design locks the base pad to the magazine, making it easy for you to field strip and clean your magazine between stages by pushing down the pin, sliding the base pad on, and pushing the pin back up to lock the base pad onto the magazine.

Thanks to the one-piece design of the USA-made Taran Tactical Magazine Extension, there are no extra parts or tools needed to attach the base pad to your magazine, no specialty tools or devices required to disassemble, and no extra parts to possibly lose during disassembly of this Glock 43 mag extension.
