The Bennelli Super Black Eagle 3 comes with many components that have been BE.S.T treated, including the barrel, barrel extension, trigger, trigger pin, bolt, bolt handle, choke, sling stud, and safety. BE.S.T. (Benelli Surface Treatment) is a new proprietary finishing technology developed by engineers and scientists at Benelli’s manufacturing headquarters in Urbino Italy. Consisting of diamond-like carbon particles that are used to create a multi-layered surface coating for protection against the elements and abrasions, this coating protects steel with a tough, impenetrable armor that stops rust and corrosion. Benelli warranties parts treated against corrosion and rust for 25 years.
