Outfitted on the Bennelli Super Black Eagle 3 is the Comfort Tech® 3 synthetic stock which, through diagonal splitting and the use of shock-absorbing chevrons, has been essentially turned into a recoil pad. This chevron system, the basis for the SBE 3 stock, is more than a decade old, and is still the most efficient design possible. To significantly reduce facial impact and vibrations, Benelli engineers have developed a new cheek comb pad called Combtech; and the chevron size and location has been optimized on Comfort Tech 3.

More features of the Super Black Eagle 3 that is chambered for 2-3/4", 3" shells include a black receiver that has been anodized to enhance durability; red bar front, metal bead mid sights for faster target engagement; a standard grip and trigger; and the clean-burning Inertia Driven System that never requires adjusting, cycles consistently even in unfair conditions, and easily handles everything from light field loads to 3½" magnums.

BE.S.T. (Benelli Surface Treatment) is a new proprietary finishing technology developed by engineers and scientists at Benelli’s manufacturing headquarters in Urbino, Italy. Made up of diamond-like carbon particles that are used to create a multi-layered surface coating for protection against the elements and abrasions, this coating protects the steel parts of this shotgun with a tough, impenetrable armor that stops rust and corrosion. Benelli warranties parts treated against corrosion and rust for 25 years.
