This suppressor offers the perfect balance of overall sound and flash suppression while maintaining a compact footprint and minimal weight. By utilizing HUB compatible (1.375-24”) mounting adapters you can configure it to your specific needs, and the Dead Air Sierra-5 is available out of the box with either the KeyMo or Xeno mounting system.
Featured on the silencer is the proven, winning combination of welded Stellite® baffles wrapped in a stainless outer tube. As it was designed to be a hard-use silencer, the Sierra 5 Suppressor was built with no costs cut. The use of Stellite® baffles ensures a long lifetime; and durability was not sacrificed in search of weight savings. Full penetration laser welding ensures a robust and solid monolithic core structure; and the baffles are welded to the outer tube for additional strength and durability.
The included flash hider front cap aids in excellent visual signature reduction, and the Dead Air Sierra is compatible with all of the manufacturer’s R-Series front caps, including the E-Brake. This full-auto rated product also comes with no barrel length restrictions. Love or hate the knurling, it’s simply function over form, and directly inline with the manufacturer’s goal when developing the silencer.
