Built using aircraft grade aluminum, the Rattler Thermal is not only a compact, but is also a shockproof and waterproof thermal imaging scope developed for constant (24 hours) operation in diverse environmental and weather conditions.

While the 25 mm lens installed on the TS25-384 model is designed for short range shooting, the 35 mm lens on this model works better for medium range missions. The AGM Rattler comes equipped with a 384×288, 17μm thermal detector; in addition to a 1024×768 OLED monitor to provide clear images under wood, camouflage, darkness, fog, smoke, dust, rain, snow, and similar harsh environmental conditions.

This scope supports distance measurement, and the onboard Wi-Fi module is convenient for live video streaming and video/images recording via application; the built-in EMMC (16GB) memory provides ample space for storage; and the AGM Thermal Rattler can be powered by two CR123 (3V) lithium batteries for as much as 4.5 hours of continuous operation time. An external 5V power bank (battery pack) can also easily be connected using a USB connector for a significant increase in operating time.
