It features a unique, eccentric shape and configuration which provides for up to 30% more internal volume than a traditional cylindrical suppressor of comparative length. This shape also allows for more effective use of a host pistol’s standard height sights, as most of the SilencerCo Osprey suppressor’s physical mass sits below centerline of the host pistol’s bore.

Also featured is a monocore baffle design for easier maintenance, and the manufacturer’s patented cam-lock system which allows the suppressor to properly index to the slide or side of a firearm each time the multi-caliber capable Osprey 45 Suppressor is attached to a different host.

In addition to 17-4 stainless steel, lightweight aluminum has been used in the construction of this tool to ensure the shooter’s ability to engage targets and also reduce the risk of pistol malfunctions. To makes it tougher, as well as immune to friction and corrosion, the superior black oxide finish was as well applied to round out the SilencerCo Osprey 45.
