The Vortex Diamond Back is optimized with select glass elements to deliver exceptional resolution, cut chromatic aberration and provide outstanding color fidelity, edge-to-edge sharpness and light transmission. It also features multiple anti-reflective coatings on all air-to-glass surfaces to increase light transmission; multi-layer prism coatings to provide bright, clear, color-accurate images; and ArmorTec® lens coating – an ultra-hard, scratch-resistant coating –to protect exterior lenses from scratches, oil and dirt.

  This Vortex Optics Diamondback is able to withstand recoil and impact thanks to its rugged construction that includes a rubber armor which provides a secure, non-slip grip, and durable external protection. O-ring seals prevent moisture, dust and debris from penetrating the binocular for reliable performance in all environments; and Argon gas purging prevents internal fogging over a wide range of temperatures.
