Created by Crucible Industries, CPM 15V is a state-of-the-art particle metallurgy tool steel with an extremely high vanadium content. Its unique alloy composition offers superior wear resistance - a quality that translates to extreme sharpness and edge retention in knife blades.

Now for sale at Mister Guns, the Paramilitary 2 folder features a full flat-ground, stonewashed blade that maximizes the unique properties of the CPM 15V with a specialized heat-treating protocol developed by renowned custom knifemaker Shawn Houston. The reverse side of the blade is laser engraved with Shawn Houston’s “Big Brown Bear” logo.

The large thumb hole on the drop point blade ensures you can deploy the Spyderco Para 2 with speed and ease, while the compression lock holds it firmly and securely in place during use. Also featured is a handle that - consistent with the signature theme of this Sprint Run family - sports brown peel-ply-textured G-10 scales to provide a no-slip grasp in any situation, and these Spyderco Paramilitary 2 scales are brown in color.
