Thanks to the Harley Strategic Double Rev2 Mag Insert that comes standard with the manufacturer’s proprietary MP2, you can securely retain nearly all 556 magazines (including most 5.45x39 magazines) without the need for bungee cords, buckles, or hook and loop flaps.

The MP2 offers a positive click-in retention that provides audible and tactile feedback, and delivers a smooth draw without impacting the ability to quickly reindex partial magazines during tactical reloads. To allow you place a radio, laser range finder or medical kit within the enclosed space, the Double Mag Insert MP2 is also removable.

Note that Harley Strategic Micro Inserts are designed for direct integration with the Micro Chest Rig (D3CRM). The Micro Chest Rig VELCRO® Brand loop lined Placard Pouch accommodates the following Micro Insert configurations: 556 magazines (3 max), 762 magazines (2 max), and sub machine gun/pistol carbine magazines (4 max).
