This 7.62 Shim Kit for barrels with 5/8-24 threads is made up of three different shim thicknesses, and the graphic on the packaging details the thicknesses in addition to the identifying features of the shims included with the kit.

Bear in mind that you’re meant to always place the thickest shim(s) first on the barrel.

5/8-24 Shim Kit

One notch – Qty 4, .004″ thick, ~35 degree rotation, ~1/10 turn

Two notches – Qty 5, .006″ thick, ~50 degree rotation, ~1/7 turn

No notches – Qty 1, .060″ thick, ~1.4 turn
