Getting its name from the shield handed down by Zeus in Greek mythology, the Kimber Aegis Elite Custom is a light weight and easy to carry 1911 by Kimber. Unlike other 1911s, the Aegis features a slim grip and compact desin. The Aegis Elite Custom features a Vortex Venom red dot sight as well as iron sights that have been elevated to still have visibility through the Vortex Venom. The black slide and silver frame contrast nicely with one another and the G-10 grips round out the package.
