If what you require is a holster designed for both Inside the Waistband/Appendix (IWB), and Outside the Waistband (OWB) carry in both right and left-hand positioning, the Mission First Tactical AIWB Holster is your best bet. This model is sculpted for RMR (reflex red dot sights), and fits both the Glock 43 and 43X, but not the 43X MOS.

The holster provides adjustable retention, and its famous “audible click” promotes consistently smooth and secure draw and re-holstering, making it ideal for concealed carry. The MFT Appendix Holster for Glock 43 features a tall sight channel and open muzzle design; a laser CAD design for perfect fit, smoother draw and less wear; an adjustable cant of 0 - 15 degrees to enable you find your perfect angle; and an abbreviated sweat guard.

For positive hold on thick/thin belts, the included 1.5-inch belt clip boasts a longer tooth; and, for OWB carry, a Comfort Carry Paddle can be purchased separately.
