As the newest innovation to the respected M&P polymer pistol line, the Smith and Wesson M&P 9 2.0 pistol delivers an entirely new platform, and is ideal for personal, sporting and professional use such as law enforcement.

Featuring a shorter, 3.6-inch barrel, this Smith & Wesson 2.0 Compact variant is impressively accurate. The barrel offers a 1 in 10” twist rate; has a low bore axis for reduced muzzle rise, faster aim recovery, and comfortable shooting; and, like the slide, is constructed from high quality stainless steel and finished with Armornite® for maximum durability.

This striker-fired pistol with no manual safety comes with an embedded stainless steel chassis that is extended and rigid, resulting to reduced flex and torque when firing, and the optimal 18-degree grip angle makes for a natural point of aim. Also featured on the Smith and Wesson MP 2.0 is a fine-tuned, crisper trigger with a lighter pull as well as a tactile and audible reset; steel-white dot front, steel-white 2-dot rear sights for easier and faster target engagement; a passive trigger and striker block safety mechanism for safe carry/use; as well as a black polymer grip with an aggressive grip texture for enhanced control, and four palmswell grip inserts (S, M, ML, L) that are interchangeable for the best hand fit and trigger reach.
