The MR920L Elite 9mm pistol with compact frame; longer, directionally serrated slide; patent-pending optic cut; spiral-fluted match-grade barrel; Interchangeable backstraps; and drop-safe, flat-faced aluminum trigger.

As the long slide version of the MR920 Elite, the MR920L Elite combines the concealability of a compact-sized frame with the long sight radius of a full size slide.

Textured aggressively to offer a firm grip and yet still comfortable for everyday carry, the MR920 frame features interchangeable backstraps designed to fit your natural point of aim, a recoil control ledge, a tapered and elongated beavertail, as well as an aggressive trigger guard undercut, all of which help to ensure optimal recoil control. For quicker reloads during competitive shooting for example, the optional magwell can be added to the frame.

The full-length MR920L slide expectedly features directional serrations at the front, rear, and topside positions, a weight-optimized window cut, and a thinned profile at grasping locations. The MR920L Elite like other variants comes with a patent-pending optic cut that allows you to mount the mini red dot optic of your choice. The optic cut on the MR920L can accommodate most major brands of RDS optics directly mounted to the slide - no intervening plates or adapters required. It currently accommodates Trijicon RMR and SRO, Holosun 507c and 508t, Leupold Deltapoint Pro, Vortex Viper, and TruGlo Tru-Tec; meanwhile testing for optic compatibility is still ongoing, and more brands and optics will likely be compatible because the MR920 is a Universal Optic Mount Pistol.

To ensure a more efficient evacuation of debris, the match-grade barrel of the MR920L – which is available threaded or unthreaded - is conventionally rifled, as well as spiral-fluted.

The pistol also features black serrated rear, and tritium front fixed sights for easy target acquisition; and a drop-safe, flat-faced aluminum trigger with a 4.5-5.0 lbs trigger pull and a reset that is decidedly crisp and tactile.

This Shadow Systems MR920L for sale ships with two (2) magazines of 15 rounds each; it is also approved for use in USPSA Production, USPSA Carry Optics, IDPA Stock Service Pistol, and IDPA Carry Optic divisions.
