The Smith and Wesson 12 gauge is a compact, maneuverable, pump action shotgun that is loaded with features.

These features include a barrel made of 4140 Chrome-Moly Vanadium steel, with M-LOK® slots on the barrel shroud; a synthetic fixed buttstock with ambidextrous QD push button base; an M&P grip with four interchangeable palmswell grip inserts for customizing hand fit; a reciprocating cover with release button for clearing damaged shells; a Picatinny-style rail on top for mounting sights/optics; as well as two (2) independent magazine tubes with push-button magazine tube selector and assist buttons on each magazine tube to make loading/unloading easier.
