A tactical variant of the SP-01 that was designed as a military and law enforcement duty sidearm, the CZ 75 SP 01 Tactical pistol comes with some refinements.

It utilizes an ambidextrous decocker in place of the manual safety on the standard SP-01, and is the first full size CZ handgun to feature the improved manufacturing technology and ergonomics of the NATO-approved CZ 75 Compact P-01 model.

Currently in use by security forces fighting the war on terrorism, this new model CZ 75 SPO1 Tactical goes ahead to feature a significantly accurate, 4.6-inch cold hammer-forged barrel; a steel slide with serrations for positive finger traction; a dust cover that seals the pistol’s ejection port to shield its mechanisms from dust and debris; an integral 1913 accessory rail on the dust cover with 3 slots for your favorite accessories; as well as a fiber optic front, serrated fixed rear sights for an enhanced sighting experience with the CZ-SP 01 Tactical.

The grip panels on this handgun are made of black rubber, and the grip features an improved geometry with an extended beavertail to protect the shooter’s strong hand and allow for a deeper and more secure grip. This new grip geometry, combined with checkering in key areas on the front and back straps, and the redistribution of mass provided by the accessory rail, results to noticeably decreased perceived recoil, and promotes faster target acquisition and transition.
