The Smith and Wesson M&P 2.0 Compact delivers when you need it most, whether in a self-defense scenario or at the range, as it has been designed to shoot better, faster, flatter and farther.

Its features include a polymer frame and grips with an optimal 18-degree grip angle for natural point of aim, four interchangeable palmswell grip inserts (S, M, ML, L) for optimal hand fit and trigger reach, plus an enhanced texture that allows the user to manage recoil and keep a firm grasp on the M&P Compact 2.0. To reduce flex and torque when firing, an extended and rigid stainless steel chassis is embedded into the frame.

To be found as well on the M&P is a slide cut for optics and Armornite®-coated to ensure a long service life; an accurate 1 in 10" twist M&P M2.0 barrel; a low barrel bore axis which reduces muzzle rise and allows for faster aim recovery, making the Smith and Wesson MP 2.0 Compact more comfortable to shoot as a result; an accessory rail for lights, lasers, etc.; and a new M&P M2.0 crisp trigger with a lighter trigger pull plus a tactile and audible trigger reset. The M2.0 flat face trigger enables consistent finger placement that allows for more accurate and repeatable shooting; and this particular model of the pistol comes with an ambidextrous thumb safety lever in addition to the trigger safety.
