Rapidly redefining the state-of-the-art in ultra-light cutting tools, the Spiderco Para 3 is the latest and more compact generation of Spyderco’s immensely popular Paramilitary family of knives that are foldable.

It comes equipped with a PlainEdge blade full-flat ground from CTS-BD1N stainless steel; sporting a clip point and a satin finish, this blade offers superior edge geometry as well as low-friction cutting performance as a result of its grind, and pivots on a specially designed precision bushing.

The distinguishing feature of Spyderco knives, a Trademark Round Hole, is present on the blade to allow for swift, ambidextrous, one-handed opening of the Spyderco Para 3 Lightweight, and the blade is held securely open by a patented Compression Lock. This lock provides exceptional lock strength, while allowing you to close the blade with one hand without having to place your fingers in the path of its edge, promoting ease of operation as a result.

Lightweight and adequately textured for enhanced traction, the Spyderco Para 3 scales are of injection-molded, fiberglass-reinforced-nylon (FRN) construction. Inside the handle are stainless steel liners that maximize structural strength and ergonomics without adding bulk or weight.

The lanyard hole at the top of the handle is generously sized for easy attachment of lanyards or fobs, and the deep-pocket wire clip that mounts at the very butt end of the handle lets you carry this refined folding Para 3 knife on the left/right-side, and tip-up/down.
