Currently available for sale at Mister Guns is the Smith & Wesson M&P Shield Plus Performance Center pistol that is designed to be an improvement on the popular Shield® series.

Built to provide the longest service life possible with a rugged polymer frame as well as a stainless steel barrel and slide both finished with the impressively corrosion-resistant Armornite®, this pistol provides an 18-degree grip angle for a more natural point of aim and better recoil control.

Sitting atop the easily-racked slide of the Smith and Wesson M&P 9mm Shield Plus are fiber optic green front, and fiber optic red rear sights, and these work together to make target engagement fast and effortless. The pistol also features a PC tuned flat face trigger designed to ensure consistent finger placement for accurate, repeatable, and comfortable shooting, as well as offer a reset that is tactile and audible; a passive trigger safety for safer carry/use; a polymer grip with interchangeable backstraps for the best hand fit and trigger access; and a grip texture that has been enhanced to provide a sure grip and help in managing recoil.

This pistol is noticeably thin and lightweight, making it one of the best concealed carry firearms available. It is also easy to disassemble the pistol for cleaning or maintenance without having to pull the trigger, thanks to the patented take-down lever and sear deactivation systems present on the Smith Wesson M&P Shield Plus.
