The CZ P-01 Omega is a compact yet high-performing 9mm designed for law enforcement and military duty; it is also the official handgun of the Czech National Police.

As a further evolution CZ’s offerings with the Omega trigger system, the new P-01 Ω Convertible allows users to swap from decocker to safety operation, just like with the popular P-07/P-09 pistols. Using the same simplified, more robust variation of the 75’s trigger system as the previous Omega, the trigger parts of the CZ P01 Omega are made of different materials to enhance durability, operation life and reliability; they also feature an interlocking design that enables easy and tool-less disassembly and reassembly, simplifying maintenance.

More features of this pistol are a frame forged from 7075-T6 aluminum for a long service life, rubber grips with adequate texturing for a slip-free hold, a dust cover that protects the CZ PO1 Omega pistol’s mechanisms from dust and debris by sealing the ejection port, and an integral 1913 accessory rail with one slot that easily accepts any of the industry-standard lights and lasers for use in low-light conditions.

Rounded out with fixed sights for easier target acquisition and chambered in 9mm, the CZP01 Omega ships with one (1) 15-round magazine, and has proven reliable after having undergone 3 years of some of the most aggressive small arms testing ever.
