It features a rugged steel frame for maximum durability, a 5/8x24 threaded bull barrel that offers better accuracy, and a precision-welded top rail for secure mounting of the traditional irons sights included, or the third party optics of your choice.

The PTR91 also comes equipped with an aluminum milled tactical handguard for gripping the front of the gun securely; an end cap that is compatible with M4 buffer tubes or the included swivel end adapter; and a safety selector switch only on the left-hand side.

Chambered in .308 Winchester and capable of accepting 7.62 x 51 cartridges as well, the PTR-91 ships with one (1) 20-round magazine, and a paddle-style magazine release is present on the pistol.
