The SP 01 is the first full size handgun (4.6” bbl) from CZ to feature the improved manufacturing technology and ergonomics of the NATO-approved CZ 75 Compact P-01 model.

It features a manual safety just like the standard SP-01, but lacks a decocker (which is present on the Tactical model); a firing pin block safety and a safety stop on the hammer are also featured to make this pistol as safe to use and reliable as possible.

More components of the CZ 75 SP-01 include a cold hammer-forged barrel that delivers an impressively accurate performance; a steel slide with serrations that prevent your fingers from slipping while manipulating it; a dust cover that seals the pistol’s ejection port to shield its mechanisms from dust and debris; and an integral 1913 accessory rail on the dust cover with 3 slots for your favorite accessories.

The fiber optic front, serrated fixed rear sights present on the slide help you target better with the CZ75 SP01; the grip panels are made of black rubber, and the grip features an improved geometry with an extended beavertail to protect the shooter’s strong hand and allow for a deeper and more secure grip. The noticeably decreased perceived recoil, as well as faster target acquisition and transition offered by this pistol, is a result of the new grip geometry, combined with checkering in key areas on the front and back straps, and the redistribution of mass provided by the accessory rail.
